Day 4 ~ Holiday Gift Guide ~ Griffen Intellicase for iPad2

For work, home or play, is there anything iPad can't do? Accessories from Griffin make it easy and fun to power, connect, protect and create on your iPad wherever you are.

Intellicase for iPad 2
A marriage of protective polycarbonate (to protect the back of your iPad 2) and flexible TPU (to protect your Multi-Touch display).

Fold the flexible cover back to make an upright workstand (great for reading and watching slideshows or videos), or lay it down at just the right incline for touching and tapping and typing. Strategically-placed magnets in the cover activate the magnetic sensors of your iPad, to automatically wake when the case is opened, and sleep when it's closed. The micro-textured surface is easy to grip and pampers your iPad, inside and out.

-  Hard-shell polycarbonate case protects the back of your iPad 2
-  Flexible TPU cover protects your Multi-Touch display
-  Cover folds into 2-position (upright or inclined) workstand
-  Automatically wakes your iPad when you open it, sleeps when you close it

My Thoughts~!!

I enjoyed the ease of use of the Intellicase, you just slip your iPad into it and your good to go~!!  The top portion has three folds in the design that allows you to set your iPad up as you wish.  The bottom half is made of more sturdier stock and can easily rest in most places.

The hard-shell polycarbonate feels smooth to the touch and doesn't have a plastic texture.  It feels and looks like its made of superior quality and holds your Intellicase up as projected.

There are openings for your head phone port, microphone, sleep/wake button, your side switch, volume control as well as an opening for your rear camera.  There is also one long opening for your at the bottom for your speaker and desk connector port.  There are also small magnets set in the lid to activate your the iPad 2's automatic locking feature.

I think these would make a great Christmas gift for the techie on your list or as an accessory to the iPad2 you plan on buying~!!  If I had anything bad to say, it would be the suggested retail $59.99 price tag, while I think the product is remarkable, I would venture to look for a better price.  Also, at the time present, it only comes in black.
