Shelley~Anne was last seen at approximately 8:30 pm walking towards her home on Highway 16.  Police found her abandoned clothes near the Athabasca River.  Witnesses report that as she was walking down the highway, a BLUE FULL~SIZED VAN with three men inside, there were two men in front and the one in the back grabbed Shelley and pulled her into the van.  Later it was reported that a van was being painted in a field but the RCMP failed to act upon it.  The van may have had BC plates.  The driver appeared to be bearded, the passenger was slim with shoulder length blonde hair and there is no description on the third person.

She disappeared along with her boyfriend, Jackie Li and their friend, Kevin Lim.  All three disappeared 5 days after the discovery of another friend's, Philip Sit, skeletal remains were found.  It is unknown if the cases are linked.  

She was last seen wearing a BLACK Hoodie with a MONKEY decal on the front and back, dark blue JEANS with a PINK or RED BELT, BLACK PUMA Flip Flops and a GUESS purse.

Have YOU seen Kienan Hebert??? 

 RCMP in British Columbia have confirmed that three-year-old Kienan Hebert was abducted from his home in Sparwood earlier this week.

After working on two theories -- either that the child walked away from his home or that he was kidnapped -- police announced Saturday that someone entered the Hebert home and "removed Kienan from the house."

The boy has not been seen since his parents put him to bed on Tuesday night.

 

Kienan's father, Paul Hebert, pleaded with whoever has his son to return him.

"We're just asking please bring Kienan to a safe place right now, like a gas station or a store parking lot where he's visibly seen and just drop him off there," Paul Hebert said Saturday. "Walk away. We just want him safe."

Hebert pointed out that his son cannot speak, so "he can't tell us who you are. This is your chance right now to get away. All we want is Kienan to come back with us and to be safe in our arms again."

Mounties in B.C. say they're searching for Randall Hopley, a 46-year-old man who is also from Sparwood. Police confirmed early on that Hopley is not related to Kienan.

Police say Hopley has a diverse criminal past. He was recently released on probation for a property offence. He's also been faced with charges of assault, sexual assault and numerous break-and-enter convictions.

He is described as a Caucasian male with brown hair, hazel eyes and a birthmark along his hairline. 

Hopley is believed to be driving a brown 1987 Toyota Camry with the license plate 098 RAL

Police are telling the public not to approach Hopley's vehicle if they see it.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Kienan, Hopley or his vehicle is asked to
