Avocado Goat Cheese Crostini #Recipe

Avocado Goat Cheese Crostini

Makes:  6 servings


1 Avocado
5 oz Goat Cheese ~ softened
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 French Baguette


1.  Preheat oven to 350°.
2.  Pit and peel avocado.  Mash in bowl.  Add goat cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.  Stir ingredients until well blended.
3.  Slice bread and brush with olive oil.
4.  Bake at 350° for 6 ~ 8 minutes, until crisp.
5.  Spread with avocado goat cheese mixture and serve.
