Hasbro & Sony ~ A New Tonka Trunk Movie In The Works

Hasbro, Sony Pictures Animation and Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions have just announced that they shall be producing an animated motion picture based on Hasbro's best~selling Tonka truck brand.

Brian Goldner, Hasbro's president and CEO along with Toyco's SVP, Bennett Schneir shall be producing the film and Fred Wolf has been hired to write the movie.

This announcement continues Sony and Hasbro's friendship as the toy~to~movie trend continues to grow.  The company's also plan on producing feature films based on Hasbro's Risk and Candy Land properties.
