PRODUCT REVIEW: OXY's Emergency Acne Vanishing Spot Gel

OXY Emergency Acne Vanishing Spot Gel goes on clear to treat pimples.  

This formula combines the acne fighting ingredient Salicylic Acid along with the anit~oxidant Phytic Acid Extreme Complex (a natural rice derivative) to clear acne and improve the texture of skin while containing moisturizing aloe to soothe redness and irritated skin.

It is the first acne spot treatment to include Dragon's Blood, which is a traditional antiseptic used to speed healing.

Use OXY Spot Gel for treatment of breakouts on the spot.  Re~apply small dabs to affected areas if breakout persists or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

This is compact sized and easy to take with you wherever you go.  It is a small, hard, plastic bottle with a pump action top that pushes the gel out of the bottle.  The gel is very thick, almost like a hair or aloe vera gel.  It comes out in a milky white colour but dries clear and smells kind of manly, like a light scented after shave lotion.

Truly, you should work will all of the OXY products in order to have the best results.  A working hygienic regime will work wonders on your skin if you remain digilient with the products that work best for your skin type.

When you squirt the gel, use a very small amount, you do not need a lot and dab it onto your blemish, you do not have to massage it in and then just leave it to dry.  When it dries, it tends to pull at my skin, sometimes your able to peel it off and other times you will need to wet a cloth and wipe it.

I sometimes get break outs around my eyes and I could feel the spot gel working on my skin, kind of cool burn sensation and being rather close to my eyes, the vapours will make them water for a bit.  My views on this are neutral and believe this is one of those products that either works for you or does not.  My son has acne issues and enjoys using this when he has a stubborn pimple that needs to have the pain and inflammation removed.  He is a regular user of the OXY products and feels that they are work wonders for him.
