California Fried Rice #Recipe

California Fried Rice

Preparation Time:  10 minutes
Cook time:  10 minutes
Serves:  4

INGREDIENTS:

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
4 green onions, sliced
1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped ham (optional)
3 cups cooked long grain rice
4 eggs
1 tablespoon salt reduced soy sauce

PREPARATION:

1.  Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.  Add green onions, celery and red pepper; sauté until vegetables are tender~crisp.

2.  Stir in ham and rice.  Whisk eggs and soy sauce in small bowl.  Make well in center of rice mixutre;  add egg mixture.  Cook, gradually stirring eggs into rice, until eggs are just set.
